Facilitators Training for Muslim and Non-Muslim Tribes

MARADECA Inc. in partnership with the United Nations Development Program conducted psychosocial training participated by youth from different religions and tribes of which 61 are Muslims and 39 Non-Muslims.

The 3-day PSS was held at Midway White Beach Resort through the facilitation of the Maradeca staff and a psychosocial expert.

The PSS is aimed at training the youth on psychosocial facilitation within the age bracket of 14 to 27 years old, to help in the early recovery of the victims in the war in Marawi in terms of their fearful experiences and trauma.

The training tackled the different topics like the proper handling of PSS and concepts of peacebuilding. MARADECA staff Norlia and Hanna shared their knowledge on peacebuilding through a workshop.
