They received their respective certificate of completion of alternative education and psychosocial sessions with some humanitarian assistance from Maradeca Inc. and its international humanitarian partners.
These constituents were forcibly uprooted from the heart of Marawi following the armed confrontation between government forces and ISIS-inspired Maute group and whose battle totally left the commercial area of the city economically lifeless.
The culmination was graced by Toto Divino of Palladium, Elsie C. Junio of Save the Children, Sitti Vilma Quin of Plan International and Saripa Naga, barangay official of Bagu-ingud.
Representative and facilitators of WFS and CFS also shared their messages during the program. This transpired on March 26, 2019.
Continuing monitoring of their situation is being undertaken to continually accompany them as they struggle to attain full resilience from the human-made tragedy.
